All Star Boot Camp!
All Star Performance Training, or APT, the Tri-State’s only “Rubber Band Gym,” is now offering “BOOT CAMP!” APT features FlexBands exercise equipment to help you burn fat, build and tone muscles, lose weight, and have fun. Each APT Boot Camp Class is designed with your fitness level in mind, and you are only competing against the workout. When you visit you will see how each workout is based on “unique” exercises that fit each person’s fitness level. From warm-up to strength to flexibility, the boot camp is safe for everyone.
Burn fat and loose weight without a lot of running around! We emphasize strength building for fat loss with minimal running. The STRENGTH portion is the key component lacking or disregarded in most boot camps. Strength should be done in every workout for faster fat burning than cardio alone, but so many boot camps get it backwards. At APT, you will perform exercises that you have never done in the past, and you will actually enjoy it! And, you DO NOT have to be in shape to participate! Join us and “Beat the Workout!”
